What Causes Bruising On The Elbow And Knees?

I have noticed a bruising feeling in my right elbow, knees, and my sits bone. I clean houses for a living and notice the knee pain when I get on my knees to clean bathtub. Sits bone pain when sitting and elbow when leaning on elbows. This started in right knee and right elbow about a week ago and not noticing the same pain in other knee and sits bone. No redness or swelling. Just a feeling of bruising to touch.

this may be your nature of work which has subjected these parts to injury . get these part locally examined by doctor. take some rest and apply providone iodine ointment.
