What Causes Bruising On The Right Side Of The Vagina?
I have bruising in my genital area on the right side of vagina at the front just right of the clitoris . It came on all the sudden and is becoming more uncomfortable. It is a darker purple shade kinda almost looked like a grease smear. I am 41 years old. On hormone replacement therapy.

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
