General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what your child had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, he needs to have clotting profile, bleeding time, clotting time and prothrombin time evaluation to rule out cause of spontaneous bruising.

Ultrasound abdomen and if needed CT scan for any visceral cause or signs of gut pathology. Pediatric surgeon evaluation seems necessary.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
