What Causes Bruising, Swelling And Lump On Arm After Arm Injury?
I hit my arm off of a shopping cart handle at work almost two years ago. It hurt and bruised almost immediately. What I thought was just swelling became a hard lump on my arm that still has yet to go away or decrease in size. It s getting annoying having people ask if I have an extra elbow on my arm. Is there anything I can do to get rid of it?

It can be surgically removed. It is benign. or it may get spontaneous resolution. You can get xray done.
