What Causes Bubbling Sensation In The Neck When Diagnosed With Arthritis?

What is symptom bubbling of fizzing sensation in neck vertebrae?... I am age 47. C5 to T1 has been confirmed arthritic, via xray, for some years. This symptom was very mild when first noticed approximately 3-months, ago. Has become significantly exaserbated since previous 3-weeks.
