What Causes Bulging Veins And Numbness In Arms Along With Extreme Soreness?

Here recently I have not been feeling normal I constantly stay exhausted regardless of the amount of rest I get I am sore from head to toe and my veins in my arms seem to be bulging a considerable amount from what they ever have. a lot of the times my left arm seems to tingle and start to go numb. I figured it was just from working two jobs and staying busy and my body not being used to it, but it only seems to be getting worse instead of better. Honestly is it something that could be of concern or am I just over analyzing the situation?

Hi,

I feel enlargement blood vessels and numbness can be inter related or can be two different entities. Enlargement can be due to weaning off of subcutaneous fat. They are more and are getting bulged due to over work / age wise thickening of vessel wall, may be accompanied by blood pressure rise (needs to be excluded). In such case, vitamin C intake would stop further thickening and reduce side effect.
Numbness can be due to over work with relatively low blood supply from thickened vessels. OR it can be following cervical spondylosis pressing the nerve fibers supplying affected part, more in working, sitting position (with depressed shoulders or head down position). It needs extension exercises of neck. Consult your doctor for physical check up and specific advice.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
