Hi. I am 35 years old with a height of 5ft8". My weight is 85kgs. I have two children, 10 and 9 years. My periods have been irregular with the last cylcle being 37 days(NOT bleeding). I had pain in my right abdomen and when ultrasound was done, it revealed a slightly bulky uterus, measuring 9.64 by 5.62cm with normal homogeneous echogenicity. There is right ovarian cyst 4.07 by 2.70cm. There is left ovarian cyst measuring 2.72 by 1.91cm. The POD is normal. I hope to go back to my gynae with the result tommorrow but I was just curious aboutwhat this means. Can anybody help me interpret this?
