General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to HCM.
Thank You for your query.
I can completely understand your concern.

As per your history, your lump needs to be examined by the dermatologist,as the lump and the pimple need to be observed closely for the cause of its occurrence and staying for such a long time.

Usually a normal acne would stay for a week, and the white fluid oozes out.

Since it could not happen in your case and it took a longer time than expected, the doctor would prefer for other differential diagnosis, for eg.
Molluscum contagiosum,
Carbuncle,
Sebacious cyst,or
Shingles. etc.
Further detailed assessment is advised for your skin condition.

Thank You
Please HIt a THANKS,if this helped you with your query.
