Hello,

The following are few possibilities of your symptoms:
1) Right rib fracture
2) Right hypochondrial hematoma
3) Costochondritis
4) Acute cholecystitis
5) Liver hematoma

You need to be examined in person for any fractures and X-ray may prove helpful. Please do consult a physician as soon as possible. Until then, over the counter pain medications like Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen can be used.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
