What Causes Bump Like Red Rashes Between The Thighs?

I have bumpy red rashes between my thigh and vagina . It is wet and damp most of the times . Gets really uncomfortable and annoying. In contact with water it starts burning. I put coconut oil on it, though, which soothes the skin . What should I do in order to attain permanent relief from this problem?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain bumpy red rashes between thigh and vagina that are uncomfortable when water touches it seems to be due to causes like Contact Dermatitis caused by allergic reaction to any skin cosmetic, soap,detergent etc..
It can also be due to fungal infection or Tinea or eczema..

I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like microscopic examination of the scraping from the lesion can be done and it will help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

You can be advised anti allergics like Levocetrizine, application of anti fungal ointments and also steroid ointments for relief..

Doing cool compresses and keeping the area dry and free from moisture can help..
