What Causes Bump With A Hole In The Center Of It?

I had a bump that was small for months I tried popping it and now it got to the size bigger than a pea n now has a hole in the center of it and when I pour peroxide on it n squeeze at the same time white and black stuff come out what could it be please help

well, such small lesions with a hole / spot in the centre arise in the skin are most probably sebaceous cysts

sebaceous cyst is a swelling in the skin arising in a sebaceous gland

they are typically filled with secretion which is called sebum and is whitish/yellowish creamy type... if these got infected then color can vary ...

treatment of such cyst is via surgical excision along with its covering to avoid recurrence...

Other skin condition can also present like this , for example
Abscesses

such swellings need clinical examinations to decide management

some have conservative treatment
in the form of
Antibiotics
pain meds / anti inflammatory drugs

while
others need surgical excision.
