What Causes Bumps And Rashes On Legs And Arms?

I have developed bumps and rashes on my legs and arms and some upper body. I m thinking I may have bed bugs not sure. But when I take a hot shower I can really really feel my skin is sensitive almost sunburned feeling on my upper body. Is that normal for bed bug bites?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bumps and rashes on legs and arms. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergic reaction , side effect , result of sensitivity to sunlight . eczema or psoriasis .I would suggest you to keep your arms and leg clean and dry , protect it from sun , take benadryl twice a day and apply petroleum jelly . If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper . Doctor may order skin patch test , blood test along with allergy test . Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressnats , anti bacterial or anti fungal depending upon the diagnosis . Doctor may also refer you to allergy test .
