What Causes Bumps Around My Thigh And Scrotum?

I have bumps around my pubic areal near my penis and in between my thigh and scrotum sometimes. Thy have white pus in them and sometimes blood...the tip of my penis has and uncomfortable feeling also and it feels like something is swollen where my groin in by my pubic area. Hi,

I have gone through your query.
Ingrown hairs are more common in that area. Since you have more bumps with pus in it, this is bacterial infection due to improper hygiene of the area.
You will require a course of antibiotic like Doxycycline orally and antibiotic ointment for local application.
Avoid shaving the area if any and maintain good hygiene of the area.
