What Causes Bumps On Right Arm?

hi, i am a 37 ye old female. A few weeks ago I had my underarms waxed. Several days ago, I noticed 1-2 small bumps in my right arm pit. Now there are about 3-4. None too big, but I can feel them. I am currently in a hot climate, so I do sweat a lot. I have stopped using deodorant since I first noticed the bump. But now since the number has gone up, I am worried... do advise.. thanks!
