What Causes Bumps On Scalp With Clear Fluid Discharge?

I have had some knots come up at crown of my head down the back of my head. I also have some yellowish colored stuff in my scalp and I have scratched it and clear fluid comes out the knots are pretty good size and feel squishy but are very sore to touch

Hi, i do care for your concern.
Your history suggest of abscess that may be produced due to infection of scalp.
I would advise
To start on antibiotic such as cefexime along with antacid which would help a lot.
Using antiseptic containing shampoo would add to help and prevent recurrence.
