Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My head was hiring yesterday so I rubbed it with my fingers.. Like a massage. I noticed a bump and the ran my fingers down to actually reveal a two to three inch indentation, then a raised bump, an a smaller indentation on the other side of the bump. I m not a hypochondriac but now my head hurts more often.. It may be my imagination... Any ideas of what is happening?

General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, There is a net work of blood vessels on forehead. A strong massage to relieve head ache, can break few of these vessels to form bumps. These bumps go after ice packs. The frequent head ache can arise from- migraine, sinus infection, psychological stress, refractory error. you need to get investigated & advised by relevant specialist for getting specific treatment. Thanks.
