What Causes Bumpy Skull And Nosebleeds After An Accident?

Hi, my boyfriend was involved in a four wheeler accident about 3 or 4 yeas ago, and just now decided to tell me . I felt the back of his head (around the parietal lobe) and that part of the skull was caved in and very bumpy. If a certain amount of pressure is applied, or if the hair is being pulled in that area, he curls up into a ball and holds his head, crying. He says its the worst pain he ever goes through. Also, he does get random nosebleeds quit often. Please answer!!

HI
Well come to HMC
If this is accident then such case really need to be kept under observation, for couple of days and imaging study is must, because anything could happen during this time period taking this as granted may be risky, if such step was not taken at that time so he may need CT head to rule out the possibility of old injury consequences, hope this information helps, take care.
