What Causes Burning And Irritation After The Bowels?

29yr old female who seems to have burning/irritation after bowel movements only at work- could cheap/rough toilet paper be causing the issue? do not have this problem when in public places or at home. drink plenty of water and has a relatively high fiber diet as well.

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

You have burning sensation after bowel movement....
So get your anal area examined....
If need proctoscopy needed.
You might have simple inflammation at that area.....

This might be related to taking spicy food when at work place area....
So avoid excess spicy food....

Continue taking more water and fiber....

If blood in stool present then piles can be there.
Avoid straining at stool...
Warm water sitz bath helpful....
