What Causes Burning And Itching Sensation In Testicle After Having Unsafe Sex?

I had unprotected sex. I got a rash that went away in a couple of days. Now I have an occasional burning / inching sensation around my testicles. I am sure how to go about getting diagnosed.Any insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I share your concern
Looking at your description and history of unprotected sex could be suggestive of Epididymoorchitis or infection of the testicles.

If you can write back to me with all relevant information like
your age and complete medical history

In my opinion.you should follow these guidelines
wear scrotal support
you can take ibuprofen for acute pain
Wait for 4.to 5 days if it doesn't improve than you should see your nearest doctor for physical examination and confirmation of diagnosis.

Hope this answers your question
Please feel free to discuss further I will be happy to help you
Best wishes
