What Causes Burning And Itching Sensation On The Penis Tip?

Hi doctor I ve been having a burning and itching sensation in the tip of my penis for the last two months. I had unprotected sex aswell as orally. The itching started about a day after. I ve been to the docs and the stuff hes given me hasnt worked. What could this be based on what I ve told you?

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms you have may not be due to any infection but it may be due to some nonspecific reason, it is advisable to wait for some time and it will be fine soon if the symptom persist then it need to be sent for investigations and first is urine test, and routine blood test hope this information helps.
