What Causes Burning And Painful Tip Of Penis Post Sex For The First Time?
Hello Dr. Rynne, i am 18 years old I had sex last week for the first time and i used a condom but i ve been feeling burning sensations and pinching on the tip of my penis. It hurts also from the inside and it sometimes burn when i pee. Is my case dangerous? Does this mean that i have HIV? I am really scared right now. Thank you.

As you have used condom during sex you are unlikely to get infected by Hiv or any other sexually transmitted disease. As it was your first time it might be painful. I advise you to retract your foreskin and clean it properly. If the foreskin doesn't retract properly it may also cause pain.You need not be scared.
