What Causes Burning And Stabbing Pain On The Back Near Scapula?
I have been having a sharp, burning, stabbing pain on my back near my right scapula. A cxr showed no active disease process. Pain is better when I apply direct pressure on the area and is sometimes worse when I go from laying position to sitting or standing. The pain seems to progressively get worse as the goes compared to early in the morning. 800mg of motrin doesn t relief much of the pain. What could be problem I m having

the pain can be due to ergonomic issues. it occurs with people who put stress on the right arm due to working with extended arm also prolonged incorrect use of computer mouse or lap top produce the similar effect.
for which you can take local analgesic like diclofenac gel and also hot compression with warm water can help.
tablet diclofenac 50 mg cal also help.
