What Causes Burning And Stabbing Sensation In Throat Post Intake Of Alcohol?

why do my neck glands hurt whenever i consume a alchol bevarge ? like a burning stabbing sensation!! its { I hardly drink and usally its like 2 beers tops ) Also i have this odor that comes from my body that is like friuty smell yet nobody i am around can smell it but myself & sometimes i smell it on my arms !!?? btw i did have thyroid cancer could that have anything to do with the odors??

It is due to throat infection or irritation for which you can take some antibiotic like azithromycin or moxikind-cv after an expert opinion along with wikoryl or diominic-dca as decongestants. Take syrup bro-zedex or asthakind for soothing of your throat. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation.
