Burning & tingling sensation in the lower back & pectoral muscles are commonly due to nerve damage(either alcoholic neuropathy or diabetic neuropathy). Sneezing is due to sinus, allergy or common cold. Get it examined & treated. You are suggested to visit a Neurologist. Get Nerve conduction tests, Nerve biopsy & other imaging tests done. Your treatment will depend on the reports received & your clinical condition.
