I had protected sex with a prostitute , after 1 week , I got burning in my stomach, back of neck, feet, plam and testicles, in 2 weeks took a hiv test it came out negative, ,but severe acid feeling like heart burns cold sweat, jumpy when sleeping heart racing off, ,,

HI. The symptoms you have now are probably NOT related to protected sex.
You may be suffering from an infection of another sort added with the fear of sex with a prostitute , may be a guilt too.
Take a course of an antibiotic and supportive medicines under a Doctor's guidance.
Go for another HIV test after 6 months just to alleviate fear factor.
