What Causes Burning In The Abdomen, Constipation And Dark Stool?
Hello doctor, I have a burning sensation in my abdomen, constipation and very dark stool, and I m dry heaving and vomiting white(with light traces of blood). The vomiting stopped 2 hours ago but I only drank a little bit of water since. It s just sitting in my stomach. Feels like It s going nowhere. What do you think this could be? And can I treat this at home or should I go to the ER?

The black stool can be related to the presence of an hemorrhage in the upper gastrointestinal tract.
I suggest ti go at the emergency room for further evaluation.
Meanwhile,I suggest using Omeprazole 20 mg in the morning and evening.
