What Causes Burning Pain In The Foot Radiating To The Thigh And Buttock?

I started having a pulsating burning pain in my foot yesterday. Today the pain continues to spread, first to my right thigh, then my right buttocks, now to my right hip and inner groin. It s too late to go to a doctor and I don t want to go to the ER unless absolutely necessary. Any ideas?
