What Causes Burning Pain In The Knee After Knee Replacement Surgery?

I am having burning pain from knee replacement surgery, what is this pain from and how do I get rid of it? No pain meds gets rid of it, no ice helps, nothing helps. There is no feeling to parts of my calf that have retrned from my surgery that has now been 3 wks.
