What Causes Burning Pain In The Lungs, Productive Cough And Blocked Nose?

5days ago I had burning pain in my lungs, day4 feels like the flu; coughing,(productive) h/a, almost loss of voice & pian as if I d been run over by an 18wheeler (no temp.)... Cold remedies resulted in sneezing coughing and stuffy nose, more like a head cold.day3, got voice back but, this SHARP pain in right arm with cough and persist along with the cold symtoms

I think you need to do an x-ray chest to rule out any cause of severe pain that is bothering you--regards
