Hi I was examining my self today as I have a slight burning on my vagina, I noticed two small black marks on my vagina they are not sore or raised..... I was recently checked over at the gum clinic and discovered I had bacterial vaginosis... Could you give me some advice pleasr

I can understand your concern.
Burning on vagina is the first sign of vaginal infection.
So in my opinion, we should rule out infection first.
So consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination of vagina and microscopic examination of vaginal scrappings.
This will identify the causative organism.
You will need antibiotic and anti inflammatory drugs.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated. Wear cotton undergarments only.
Avoid masturbation or sex sexual intercourse for few days if you are sexually active.
Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts. Keep proper hygiene of private part.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
