What Causes Burning, Painful Urination With Blood While Wiping?

hi, im a female and im 40 years old. for about a week whenever i urinate, when i finish i have so much pain and i feel like i need to push more and it burns. At first i thought it was an infection but now whenever i finish and i wipe i see drops of blood . Do i need to go to the ER?

Yes mam, you have got urinary tract infection and you need to be treated by antibiotics. Meanwhile maintain genital hygiene and avoid sexual contact during period of treatment. Take lot of fluid to flush your genito urinary system.
