What Causes Burning Sensation After Bowel Movement And Anal Bleeding?

I had a bowel movement and felt a burning sensation on my anus that led to me looked at my poop and saw a few drops of blood coming from my anus. After, I felt a slight discomfort on my left lower abdomen. I have a small haemorrhoids for about 6 yrs now. I have a regular bowel movement usually semi formed stool. I think the pressure from straining created an anal fissure. However, I am worried as the bleeding occurs on and off when Im having BM especially when I have semi hard stool. Is there medication that would help/relieve the anal fissure? or Do I need a diagnostic/laboratory test to further assess my condition? Thanks.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, of course if this is the history of hemorrhoids and fissures then this need to be clinically examined for confirmation and if found that this is kind of active one then it need to be managed accordingly, hope this information helps, take care.
