What Causes Burning Sensation After Urination And Blood In Urine?

Hello Dr, I am a male at an age of 36. it is 2 months that i have: -frequent frequency -burning after urination -so far 3 times blood in urine -feeling to urinate when i drink something. -when i eat dairy products like yogurt, my urine becomes cloudy/ -did an urine test: no infection but some crystalization -did an ultrasound of prostate. urologist saw white spots on screen and said this is infection. i am not sure if this diagnosis is correct because he prescribed doxycyline, i used for 3 weeks but it did not work. -from my blood test, psa was 1.7 (normal lab value was to be less than 1.4). my psa 3 years ago was 1.3 at a different lab and the normal range for that lab was 0-4. -i have back pain at L5S1 region and i am not sure if the problem of back-pain and urination are related or they are separate problems. my questions: Q1-what is my problem? is the diagnosis of urologist correct? Q2- could I have prostate or blade cancer? Q3-is there any connection between back pain at L5S1 and the urination problem? Regards.
