General & Family Physician 's  Response
Both are serious diagnoses and require you to restrict physical activity to a minimum. It is very hard to be working as a waitress when you have these conditions. Although it is asking too much but I would suggest you to have a change of career, one which involves sitting and doing office work like a clerk or something. Please always remember to avoid lifting heavy weights at any cost. Also if ever you have to lift weights then try to do it without bending your spine. You can bend your knees for that. Take care of yourself.
