What Causes Burning Sensation And Bleeding Around The Anus?

I do not know what is going on. My feces just slips out but it does have some form. It burns and produces bleeding around my anus. Very painful. No stomach cramps. Cannot be too far from a bathroom at all times. I sometimes think it is gas but find out later that it is not. help
