What Causes Burning Sensation And Cramps In Tbe Back?

I am experiencing a burning sensation across the middle of my back and muscle cramping in my shoulders and back. What can cause this? I also have MS, diagnosed in 2005 which is in remission. My last MRI was February 2016. My doctors can t seem to diagnose this problem. Thank you for your time.

Hi,

Burning sensation in back especially middle area and crams in muscle suggest compression of the nerve between two discs.

And you have MS, chances are high. if your recent MRI not able to diagnose, then go for CT of the spine.
