What Causes Burning Sensation And Irritation During Urination?

Hi, I am 32 years old. My weight is 61 Kgs. Last month i had done Endoscopy and USG ( upper abdomen). All reports are ok except USG report showing grade 1 fatty liver and my SGPT Alt is 78. Recently i am facing slight irritation and burning sensation after urination. Please help.

it might be due to urinary tract infection.check urine microscopy and if needed urine culture sensitivy
