What Causes Burning Sensation And Itchiness In The Vagina?

Vaginal skin where hair grows became like sores, no pus, leaking sarosanguenous fluid, experiencing burning and itching with pain. Vaginal area hot. Have applied to sore area only, Desitin petroleum skin protectant as well as Desitin Zync Oxide to buttocks area . This is my 2 day treating. What should I do to get faster relief of burning and itchy feeling? I have also been washing with carbolic medicated soap. Sore areas are without topical vaginal skin.

I have gone through your complaints and understand your concern.
I generally see many cases like this at myclinic.
And what i have generally come across in many such patients is low grade infection in vaginal area.
There are many causes of infection like improper hygiene,unsafe sex,generalised immunity etc.
As such the skin in vaginal area is very sensitive and soft as compared to other parts of our body. so any improper care triggers such infection episodes.

what i would suggest is consult a good gynaecologist and find out the exact reason.Do blood investigations if necessary .

a local antibiotic antifungal cream or pessary should be helpfull,but it should be taken under a gynecologists supervision.

oral antibiotics may help to some extent.
