What Causes Burning Sensation And Lower Abdominal Pain During Urination?

hello, i m 25 years married female. from today afternoon i started having burning micturation and have frequent and urgent urge to micturation.at the end of micturation i feel pain in my lower abdomen and back.also a scanty blood is seen. what should i do.. please help me out

Welcome to healthcare magic.

As you mentioned you have problem of blood in urine and other problems that may be because of urinary tract infection or kidney infection or other reasons.

Do a complete blood cell count and urine examination test with microscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
Consult a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
If infection is present than start proper antibiotics under doctor's suggestion.
