What Causes Burning Sensation And Pain During Urination?

I have been having trouble peeing lately due to a painful and burning sensation and also a feeling that something is blocking the urinary tract. Today I noticed some yellowish white liquid coming out of my penis. I had unprotected sex two weeks ago so could it be that I have contracted an STI, perhaps gonorrhea or chlamydia?

You might have contacted with urinary tract infection. Get urine routine, urine culture and sensitivity tests done. Take appropriate antibiotics and it will subside.
