General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management you can take drugs like mefenemic acid for pain. If symptoms persist better to consult a gynaecologist and plan for an ultrasound scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
