What Causes Burning Sensation And Pain In The Thighs?

I had hip surgery in October after an abductor pull in May. I have had approx. 50 PT appts. since May, after surgery to strengthen muscle in upper leg. Now I am having burning and soreness in the front of my thighs. Arthritis Maybe? Normally I take acetaminophen.

It could be due to neuropathic pain. Consult a neurologist and consider analgesics like Gabapentin.
