You need a thorough check up and some laboratory tests. First of all go to ER and get an ECG done to rule out any cardiac problem if that is ruled out then other things would be addressed. Blood sugar for diabetes, blood pressure monitoring for transient ischemic attacks, x-ray thoracic outlet for thiracic outlet syndrome, ncs to rule out any nerve compression. But thing is go to your GP and discuss your problem in detail he might find something else.
