General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thanks for choosing HCM.

It is dermatitis, the inflammation of superficial skin cells. Mostly it is due to allergy. Allergens in your case could be clothes. It can be contact dermatitis where rubbing of clothes with breast can cause this. Even salts of excess sweat can cause this.

I prescribe my patients following
Steroid ointment (betnovate or momentasone or hydrocortisone) at bed time
Anti sweat solutions (paraffin) in day time.

Maintain the hygiene, you will be fine in 1 week.

Visit a doctor if there is no improvement.

I wish you good health. Please write to hcm for follow up queries. Hit a thanks. Thank you
