Hi, Last week when i woke up in the morning I observed that my palms and the souls having burning sensation. I could see the redness (red spots all over the palm). it is still there in the souls (souls are more like white/yellow) but the skin on the Palm has started coming out. Now since last couple of day i see red spots on my body like on the belly, chest and back and they keep increasing. They are non-itchy and painless. Also today my voice has gone down, there are no symptoms of fever or cold. I want to know what it is. I have not taken any medicine yet.
