What Causes Burning Sensation And Small Red Bumps On Vagina?

I have been having burning sensation in and around my vagina, last night I noticed small red bumps on the vagina. I have no other symptoms other than the burning. I ve tried several over the counter yeast infections, it helps for a short time but comes right back. I did not notice the bumps until yesterday, this has been going on for over a month.

It is probably vaginal candidiasis.
The treatment is antifungals, but its better to meet a dermatologist and get your diagnosis confirmed.
