What Causes Burning Sensation And Swelling In Penis After Masturbation?

ok i no i masterbated to hard it started to feel like a sun burn . i do sleep naked and now my penis under the head is swollen over 50% percent meaning from one side to the other. just a little discomfort the other day out of know where i had a 101.5 fever. no i dont have real pain and i do have the herpes virus but have only had 3 out breaks the last 23 years. i dont have blisters but i do see 4 tiny scabs 2 sets side buy side half my penis has mass swelling i dont know whats going on.

it is inflammatory and traumatic reason. since there is history of fever it may be inflammatory either uti or orchitis , balanoprosthitis. it is to be cured by systemic antibiotic. urine tobe tested culture and sensitivity is to be done. there may be associated herpes. vidarabine ointment can be applied tab paracetamol can be taken for fever.
