What Causes Burning Sensation At The Base Of The Skull?
Hi. Every time I experience some sort of strong emotion, the back part of my skull feels weird. I feel a burning sensation, and I have never felt anything like this before. It has started a few weeks ago. I just feel this rush of unpainful burning at the back bottom part of my skull and I don t know why.

It is expected to have somatic sensations (body sensations) associated with strong emotions. However, hypertension could lead to headache-like symptoms. However, to diagnose Hypertension a daily recording of blood pressure values (Diary) is needed. Please refer to your family doctor.
