What Causes Burning Sensation Below The Armpit After An Injury?

I fall about 4 weeks ago. I brused my left breast and just above it. At that time I had pain that first was on my left side only but then it traveled to my right side. So I went in and had some pictures taken of my ribs. They found no brakes. That was 3 weeks ago and things were going pretty well until about 3 days ago, now I m having burning pain on my left side just before my arm pit including my arm pit and about 3 to 4 inches down my inner arms. Could this be nerve pain and if it is what should I expect or do for it?

Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
The tingling seems due to thrust to the tissue above breast ... where the nerve supplying the area lies . So it is a nerve pain.
You should take anti inflammatory drug available over the counter ( Ibuprofen ) twice a day with vitamin B12 pill twice a day .This should reduce the symptoms in 3-5 days.... if so continue the pills till complete relief.
In case there is no relief in 3 days consult a neurosurgeon for further investigations ( as per need ) & specific treatment.
