What Causes Burning Sensation During Ejaculation?

My husband is 65. He has been experiencing painful burning when ejaculating for several years and it s now so bad he does not want to have sex. He s been to a urologist and had his prostate checked. What are the possible causes and is there any treatment or medication?

it can be stricture , prostitis. ultrasound to estimate the size of prostate may be done residual urine may be estimated.rule out vesiculitis , orchitis.flowmetry should be done.
